• Please provide the country in which you reside.
• Please provide a valid e-mail address.
• When filling out the form, don’t enter names like ArMAnd11 or ~*~Goodgrrl~*~.
• You don’t have to have a website in order to be a part of the fanlisting. However, if you do have one, please make sure you add one of the codes to your site. If you don’t add a link back to the fanlisting within a week, your URL will not be listed.
